Winbro’s strength is its experience and capability to provide the right Laser (Nd Yag - CW, Pulsed, Fibre, Q-Switched or CO2) for the right process:

• Hole Drilling (Including Drilling on the fly, shaped hole machining, trepanning)
• 5 – Axis Cutting
• Ceramic coating removal using Ablation
• Metal Additive (Cladding, DMD)
• Welding

The integrated control systems are predominantly based upon Heidenhain CNC with a PC Based, ACNC process control. The systems are comprehensive and flexible with a brand new programmer interface (LFE) system that provides a range of geometric input methods, with integrated features to facilitate easy use of the variety of processes.
