Tooling (Design and Manufacture)
Winbro design and manufacture a variety of different tooling required for EDM processes:
- Automatic or manual chuck systems along with specific shuttle fixtures facilitate rapid component type change-over
- Single point EDM tooling (Rotating and Static), with Winbro’s unique electrode refeed system
- Automatic Electrode Change (AEC) tool allows storage and automatic use of up to twelve electrodes, reducing operator intervention frequency
- Multi electrode (up to 45) automatic electrode refeed tooling systems for cost effective volume production of cooling holes.
